Happy New Year 2026!
I was so inspired by the Portrait of Jeanne Samary by Pierre-Auguste Renoir while visiting my daughter in Moscow this autumn, that I couldn't wait to get back home and paint a rendition of it in my own setting. I had a lot of fun with the colors and brushstrokes.
